Add the ability to prevent interactions with columns of a matrix or table.

Hello ,

I think it would be useful to have an option in the "Visualizations" panel for tables and matrices, for example "Interactivity" (Yes/No), which, when unchecked, renders the data table in the same way as it was published and prevents the user from changing the order of the elements by clicking on them.

To overcome this, I'm currently adding a transparent button in front of the columns, but I'm sure this option would make it more attractive.
