Can't open dataflow gen2

It seems like a general availability issue. 

When trying to open a Dataflow gen 2 on both Chrome and Firefox, the page loads indefinitely. 

The same behavior happens to all my collaborators around.

Facing same issue today. Can not open dataflow gen 2 in edge or chrome. It just keep loading infinitely.

I noticed the same issue since this morning.
