PhARMDToolUtilizationPatientDetails provider switch

Hello!

I am a provider who recently moved facilities. Can someone switch me over on the CDW data pull for the PhARMD Tool? I utilize this so I can have 100% PharmD tool utilization on my eligible notes and this identifies the patient and note that it may have been missed. Posting here as a hail mary if anybody can fix. Thanks in advance!

Hi @jaytieri ,

Welcome to VISN 6! As lbendlin mentioned, this is the public global Microsoft Power BI Community. We are fellow developers and users from around the world, and we have absolutely no access to the VA's internal Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) or the backend logic of specific tools like "PhARMDToolUtilizationPatientDetails."

Since you described this as a "hail mary," here is the specific internal path you need to take to get this resolved:

1. Locate the Report Owner Open the Power BI report or the SharePoint site where you access this tool. Look for a "Contact Us," "Help," or "About" page. There is almost always a designated Point of Contact (POC) or a group email listed for the development team that manages the CDW pull.

2. Submit an ESD/YourIT Ticket If you cannot find a direct contact, you must submit a ticket through your internal Enterprise Service Desk (ESD).

  • Category: Likely "Applications" or "Reporting/Analytics."

  • Request: Ask to update your "Station/VISN alignment" in the row-level security (RLS) or the specific distribution list used by the PharmD Tool.

3. Contact Local Informatics Your local Durham VAMC Informatics or ADPAC team can likely look up who owns that specific dashboard in the national catalogue.

Security Recommendation: Since your post contains specific Station IDs and internal tool names, I strongly recommend clicking the three dots on your post and selecting Edit Message to remove those details, or requesting a moderator to delete the thread to protect your internal infrastructure information.
