Power BI Service Outage - Capacity Operation Failed with Error WorkloadEndpointNotFound

We experienced a Power BI Service Outage. We are a large e-commerce company. All of our reports on a premium capacity failed to open on Power BI service today with the following error, "Capacity operation failed with error code WorkloadEndpointNotFound".  Impacted all users.

I am getting complaints from my customers that the service is running slow today. There must be server issues on Microsofts side this morning.
